chef Christopher Anthony Tavares

 
 

At the age of fifteen Chef Christopher Anthony found his passion working and cooking in the restaurant kitchens of small local New England restaurants. Now, over twenty years later, he is still doing what he loves.


After graduating from the culinary school at Newbury College outside of Boston, MA, he went on to work at highly recommended and top rated restaurants in Boston, New York and Philadelphia.


He has received numerous awards and recognition for his food, most recently being honored with the four diamond award in Philadelphia and has been featured in several publications including Zagat, The New York Observer, Time Out Magazine, Nouveau and Edible Jersey Magazine.


He is currently the Executive Chef of The Mansion Inn (outside of Philadelphia in New Hope, PA) and Bia at the The Majestic Inn (on Ocean Beach of the New Jersey shore).


He currently resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife and three dogs.
